To date,Ricky gervais has embarked upon three hugely succesful UK tours,all of which were completely sold out up and down the coountry.Below are a short description of each tour accompanied by videos.Enjoy

ANIMALS

Ricky Gervais' first full  tour ran for two weeks,during 2003,at Londons Bloomsbury theatre and was entitled Animals.As you could imagine,the subject content was mostly animal related.

To set the tone of the night however,Gervais opened with two short films,the first being of two lions copulating in a field with Ricky providing the voice over in an comedic French accent.The second however was not animal related.It began with Ricky and a lady enjoying a romantic meal followed by the two returning to Ricky's house.Ricky goes to bathroom only to notice a porno mag.The next scene is Ricky being demanded by the lady that he makes love to her,to which he replies "I cant......I've just knocked one off in there,I'll be at least half an hour.....you may aswell go!"

POLITICS

Politics was Ricky's second Uk tour which ran through 2004.Again as the title suggest,the content was mostly plitical issue with Ricky's dry witted view point on them.

As in Animals,Politics opens up with a short film.It begins with Gervais talking to the camera in a serious tones about politics.suddenly, a man in a wheelchair(Ash Atalla,Ricky's producer) is passing by.Seeing him,Ricky points out that he's " leg mantal,not head mental ".Ricky asks where he's from and he says Egypt.The clip ends with Ash sitting on the grass wearing a fez,while Ricky plays in his wheelchair and attempts a wheelie.

FAME

Fame hit the headlines for the wrong reasons due to a joke Ricky told in Glasgow.It was in reference to a question that he was asked by a reporter on " how do you become famous? " to which Ricky replied " go out and kill a prostitute, i wont be doing that bit in Ipswich! " (where a serial murderer killed 5 prostitutes).Ricky recieved crirticism from the  father of one of the killed girls.Ricky defended himself by saying "I do want people to know that that happened five years ago and is not related to anything now," .Despite the backlash,Fame was a huge success,selling out in record times and the material was as good as anything Ricky had done previously.
